Why take the ACT or SAT?
The ACT and SAT are assessments used to test a students knowledge in core subject areas. These scores are used for acceptance to a college, scholarships and allows colleges to place you in appropriate courses.
When should I take the test? In Wisconsin, it is required that students take the ACT in the Spring of their Junior year. This gives you an opportunity to experience the format of the test, what it is like to take a timed test and what to focus on studying for the next time you take it at the beginning of your senior year.
